I want to publicly thank the developers and contributors behind Joomla!, the CMS this website was built with, and OpenAI for ChatGPT — yes, exactly — for helping me with much of the time-consuming “dirty work” of research, programming and debugging, always working from my own ideas, decisions and specific instructions.
The truth is that I would never have had the time to deal with all of this personally without significantly slowing down my work. So, if this is what some people mean when they talk about artificial intelligence “replacing humans”, my first real experience with AI has been surprisingly positive. What began as a practical tool gradually developed into a thoughtful and meaningful collaboration, growing day by day over the course of about a month. We questioned things, changed direction, made mistakes, corrected them, discarded ideas and built — I hope — better ones. This website is the result.
To be clear, I have never used—and will never use—AI in my musical composition. Every track and idea comes entirely from my own creative process, drawing on years of theoretical, technical, and practical knowledge to shape an identity that only real-world experience can build.
Like almost everything human intelligence has created, AI can help us live and work better or it can backfire dramatically. The difference lies largely in how we choose to use it.
Technology doesn't make choices. We do.
It's still up to us — humans — to use what we create to improve what surrounds us rather than destroy it.
